What? How is this bizarre…collage…even related to the news article? Also, it occurs to me that the cops are actually about to push their vehicle into the river in this photo – maybe under the command of their grumpy, pixelated overlord?
What is going on in your city? Who makes these pictures, anyway? It is all so exciting!
